Sometimes I open a special type commission on Ko-fi but for limited time, the image is one of the type. You can click the image to go to my Ko-fi page.

How to Order

ORDER STEPS

  1. Your name/username from social media.

  2. Subject email:“Commission [type]-[bust / halfbody / full body]” example “Commission Tarot - Full body” "Commission Character art - Half Body"

  3. Add email of your Paypal (I only accept payment through Paypal)

  4. Add your active social media contact so I can notify you when I start your order, if you haven't check your email. (IG, Twitter/X, Tumblr)

  5. Brief description of your order and pictures reference (link or attachment)

  6. [optional] Image reference can be your sketch, it's okay if it's like stick figures, or very simple sketch, it helps me if you wanted the drawing to be more specific.

  7. The reference images not pixelated or blur.

  8. You can give specific size for the canvas. Or let it up to me, portrait or landscape depends on the commission drawing.

Terms of Service

Any type of commission that violates these terms shall be cancelled. I have the right to refuse commissions I don’t feel like taking.

❌I don't accept:❌

NSFW, nudity, porn, smuts, hypersexual characters, underage x adult and any related to them, anime style drawing, mecha, furry.

PAYMENT

  • Payments will be made through Paypal only with USD ($) as currency.

  • Payments will be upfront/full payment.

  • [optional] Paid half only possible if the total payment is above $220. 50% up front, the other half should be paid after the artwork has been finished.

  • When client have made the payment they booked 1 slot for commission. (I will only add client to the waitlist when I received the payment.)

  • Refund is not available. Think wisely.

  • Paying means you have agreed to these Terms of Service.

REVISIONS

  • Revisions are allowed before and after the artwork is done. Minor revisions are not charges, except major revision.

  • 🟢 Minor Revision: changing color, adding small details, facial or body fixes (the eyes is too big, the hand pose change)

  • 🔴 Major Revision: changing the whole pose, changing clothes, hair style, change the whole design of the character.

  • I no longer accept revision if the high resolution files already sent.

ARTWORKS RIGHTS

  • Clients allow to post the commission work to be uploaded to their own social media.

  • All commission orders are PERSONAL USE only, not allowed to be sold or for any personal gain profit, EXCEPT it's already discussed in the beginning that the artwork is ordered for commercial use.

  • All of the artworks are NOT allowed to be sold as NFTs, learn for AI generate images, to be print in multiple copies to be sold.

WORK FLOW

  • All of the discussion, information for commission, picture references, and final artwork are through email only.

  • I work on commission during weekday (GMT +7) Monday- Friday.

  • Generally all commissions take about 2-14 days, depends on how many characters on one frame, the size, the style, and complexity of the commission, could take less or more time.

  • First, I send you the sketch (or colored sketch) to your email, if there are grand changes needed this is the best time in the process.

  • Next step, I send you the color version, depends on which commission you order, some I only give in base color preview, some it's half rendered to make it easier for client to picture the final look.

  • Then I will proceed to finalize the artwork, minor changes are allowed in this stage (like adjusting some colors, adding more freckles, etc)

  • After that I will send the high resolution files, JPG and PNG, I always give with and without background version for Character Art. If you also planned the artwork to be printed I will send the CMYK tiff file.

  • I will publish it to my social medias, wip and finished piece (Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr) but if the client wishes the artwork to not be shared, it will be held confidential.

  • Specific deadlines should be mentioned in the email, if one needs an artwork on a specific date.

What information I should send you Wepe?

  • Your OC's short bio

  • if you wish to customize the bio, wrote it in the emaill (ex. name, gender, race, guild, class, ability etc.) max only 5 labels

  • a clear picture of your character, and their weapon(s)

  • name of the items your character carry in their inventory (max 6 items), if the item's design are specific please include the picture reference too.
